Welcome to Garfield Primary School

A warm welcome to our wonderful school in the heart of Wimbledon, set in the peaceful surroundings of Garfield Park and Wandle Meadow Nature Reserve. For almost 70 years Garfield Primary has been delivering an excellent education for the pupils in its care. Garfield is a place where children embrace challenge and flourish in achievement. Listening to our Pupil Leaders drives school development; consulting our House Captains, School Councillors, Eco-Warriors, Sports Leaders, Reading Ambassadors, Song Leaders, Well-being Warriors and Merton Pupil Parliament ensures all voices are heard.

Our school aims are expressed in three core values – Friendship, Respect, Excellence.
